ABSTRACT
By “open-book exam” we mean students are allowed to bring pre-existing resources with them, or access them via the internet, during an in-class examination. That’s enough different from cheat sheets or crib sheets ∗ that we’ve got a separate entry for those. They do share several similarities, along with take-home exams ∗, so those three entries will sound a bit alike.
