ABSTRACT
This chapter explains how to assess intern skills and abilities, and prepares intern introduction material. Interns resume is an advertising piece for them. A good resume is like a table of contents to their life, as it relates to work and education. While working at the campus book store or the local burger restaurant may not seem very relevant or even interesting, there are some components to jobs like these that can be important. Intern's business card is also another opportunity to show off their style, brand and creativity. A glossy finish on a business card always looks classier and most of the time, if they pay a small additional fee, they can eliminate the card company's website information from the backside of them design. There are a number of great websites that offer them the chance to create their own card online and are surprisingly inexpensive.
