Any kind of text can pose problems for translators. Nobody has tried to make a complete list of traps that may be found in a ST, and if anyone did someone else would want to add to it! This chapter looks only at a few of them, omitting many significant ones – such as acronyms, which are less of a plague in songs than in official reports.
