ABSTRACT

Reliabilities come in various shapes and sizes, and although they are typically reported in the method section, it is important to be familiar with common usage. Three commonly reported reliability indicators are Cronbach’s alpha coefficient, Cohen’s kappa, and Scott’s pi. In this chapter, we provide a description of each indicator and provide examples of how you can report each test.
