ABSTRACT
This chapter details the “Edcamp” movement and how inquiry learning time applies to educators as well. Professional development has changed in the 21st century and 20% Time is a way for teachers to explore the next practices in education, as well as learn from each other. If we expect our students to be curious learners, we need to model this type of intrinsic motivation in our own profession.
