ABSTRACT
If students are to exhibit the skills of the Common Core, they need to think critically about their knowledge, about their understanding, and about their own skills and abilities. Critical thinking is a commonly-cited 21st-Century skill that students must possess and regularly utilize if they are going to be college and career ready.
