ABSTRACT
The role of context as a factor of informal learning cannot be understated or ignored. Context has been found to have a significant influence on the quality of dialogue required in learning to think strategically. An awareness and sensitivity to signals from the environment is essential for determining whether learning occurs, for it provides an ability to construct and reconstruct frameworks and patterns for questioning assumptions grounded in past experiences.
