The structures of wine production

The second and dependent question is to examine how each of these categories views their wine. The relevance of this is that, whilst the main aim of producing wine is to sell it to make a living, beyond that what a boutique producer may be trying to do with their wine could be substantially different from what a co-operative is doing – and this will have an impact on the messages they convey about it, and how they market it.
