ABSTRACT

With a doctorate in brand marketing, Professor de Chernatony won several research grants that have enabled him to lead a team investigating the factors and processes associated with successful brands. He has numerous articles on brand management in European, American and Asian journals, and is a frequent presenter at international conferences. His papers have won best paper awards in journals and at conferences. Leslie’s other books on brand management include Creating Powerful Brands, published by Elsevier (with Professor M. McDonald), and Brand Management, published by Ashgate. His books have been translated into Chinese, Polish and Slovenian.
