ABSTRACT
A craftsperson is judged by his/her tools. The saying ‘Clean tools, clean job’ applies to all crafts, and bricklaying is no exception. The apprentice will never regret the small amount of time and trouble spent in cleaning tools at the end of a day’s work. All that he/she requires for this are an old rag and a piece of brick for scouring.
