Following on from the previous chapter where the advantages of integrated project teams and supply chains were discussed, this chapter reviews some other techniques currently in use by quantity surveyors to ensure integrated project delivery including:
● Partnering and alliancing ● Prime contracting ● Sustainability/Whole-life costs.
