ABSTRACT
For any construction, an appropriate design serves as a foundation of success. In other words, design will make or, on the contrary, literally break the project. The previous chapter covered the project phase of pre-design and is followed here by design, either arranged by the client or performed by a contractor in a design and construct project. Figure 10.1 presents the design phase as the third step in the GeoQ process.
