ABSTRACT
Surveyors often have to inspect building sites in the process of development or brand new completed buildings. The report may be for the buyer and may, or may not, include some advice on value, or it could be that a report is being prepared for a mortgage lender perhaps in addition to a report for the purchaser. So we are involved here with the process of property development.
