ABSTRACT
The previous six building blocks were all preparatory to this seventh stage in the outsourcing lifecycle. The work in the previous building blocks comprised the design and implementation activities necessary to make the arrangement work over the governance years. It is during this building block, that of management, that success is ultimately determined.
