At the base level, you can get your hands on
simple image editing software for free. Both
the Windows and Macintosh platforms come
with basic, though very limited, photo
tweaking capabilities. The Mac version really
only lets you view images,
■ Improve/change the color, contrast, brightness, hue and saturation (intensity).
