ABSTRACT
All the formats in this book, except this one, deal with programming formats. Panel programs, musical productions, newscasts, and the other formats in this book make specific demands on the director and producer because of what the program is about. In this chapter we’ll deal with the demands that stem from the requirements made by the working conditions: specifically working on location, or at a “remote” site . . . even if the remote site is just next door.
