ABSTRACT

Evaluation in the context of weddings should be conducted for four

interrelated reasons. First, feedback will allow you to pinpoint areas

of success and areas that need improvement. Second, the information

provided will help determine the importance of and satisfaction with

specifi c services, therefore helping you prioritize. For example, if your

full-service package includes the provision that you will accompany

the client on each vendor visit, but your clients consistently give you

feedback that they do not feel this service is necessary, you can re-

prioritize the options for this package. Third, constructive criticism and

ideas for improvement will encourage you to make changes and stay

fresh. Finally, implementing changes will lead to increased client sat-

isfaction over time. Do not be afraid to get feedback, both positive

and negative. No business is perfect, but your openness to the ideas

of others will get you one step closer to perfect than your competition.

Over time, the evaluation process will save you both time and money
