ABSTRACT

Imagine the stress level that would occur if during an upscale wedding

reception, two tables of guests complain that the band is too loud

and demand to be moved immediately. An easily fl ustered consultant

might fl y off the handle and tell the guests to sit down and deal with

it. This fl ippant response will only anger the guests and encourage

them to take matters into their own hands. The last thing you want is

to have anarchy among wedding guests. A composed planner will

jump into action to resolve the problem with the least amount of dis-

ruption possible to both the guests and the couple. Issues arise at

weddings, and, if you remain calm and can think on your feet, you will

be able to handle anything that might be thrown your way.
