For Introducing Leadership the words crisis, emergency and disaster will be used to mean something special, but how they are applied in different organizations may differ.
● A crisis is a situation that places severe pressure on people, that involves people doing unplanned or unexpected things and possibly having to perform tasks that they do not usually undertake, or having to do so under unusual conditions.
