ABSTRACT
The Tribunal is required to comply with this general duty in conducting the arbitral proceedings, in its decisions on matters of procedure and evidence and in the exercise of all other powers conferred on it. Arbitrators should have their obligations under this clause at the forefront of their minds throughout an arbitration.
