Design time pages are scattered throughout the book. They provide collections of simple circuits, tips, problems, data and other things of interest to people designing circuits.
You are not expected to memorise these circuits. They are here to give you something to think about. The thinking will help you understand electronics better. You may find one or two of the circuits help you with your exam project. Or you might just like trying them out on a breadboard to see what happens.
