ABSTRACT

Let’s throw away the training wheels and start working without Templates. It really isn’t that much harder creating DVDs from scratch than it is using the Templates as a framework to build with. The main difference is that you, the author, has to work that little bit harder to make your DVD look good. The big advantage – the DVD will be unique. When using Templates anybody can achieve a result and the disk produced will look the same except for content, assets in Drop Zones, and the wording on the Title Bar, perhaps. Without Templates – it all comes down to pure design ability.
