Introduction

At the time of writing this book, one job title that seemed to be on the increase for people working at a strategic level within organisations and within a broadly HR role seemed to be that of ‘Business Partner’. For this reason, and based on our experiences of working with people inside organisations with the specific challenge of implementing change, we decided to write this book.
