ABSTRACT
Management issues are often some of the most time consuming and difficult issues for IT managers. They are beyond the scope of control of IT. Often, there are many external factors that the IT managers are not aware of. General managers also have a wide variety of styles that impact how IT is directed. Traditional technical and business training do not always provide the IT manager with the tools and experience to handle these issues.
