ABSTRACT
ISO 9000:2000 lists four standards in the ‘ISO 9000 family of standards’: ISO 9000, ISO 9001, ISO 9005 and ISO 19011. At this writing, there are 29 ISO QM standards. Those of relevance to design and construction are briefl y described below.
