ABSTRACT

This chapter considers the evolutionary process toward development of an awareness about organizational cultural change, or what Jim Franklin calls transformational practice.

I should point out that the concepts discussed in this section apply only to practices that want to be different, and better, than they now are. If you and your partners are perfectly content with the way your practice operates, and the staff and clients and projects you have – read no further. Give this book to someone less fortunate than yourself, and go and work on your golf handicap instead.
