ABSTRACT
In this chapter, we look at tools designed for removing digital noise and scratches from scans, plus dust specks from scanned film and how to restore old photos to new glories. We also learn about using Paint Shop Pro’s powerful Clone Brush, its new Digital Camera Noise Removal filter and how to convert a color picture to black and white.
