ABSTRACT
To illustrate the way different types of business might apply the suggested approach to identify potential risks, four case studies are considered in this Chapter. There are two service-based industries that are fairly typical of today's provision. These are:
Case study 1: health services such as doctors, dentists, veterinarians and other associated services
Case study 2: call centres, either as independent units or as divisions of a larger organization.
