Organizational development

Change does not have to be driven by crisis. It has the potential to unlock and improve organizational effectiveness. In this chapter we shall examine how Organizational Development (OD) approaches can be an essential part of change and culture-building, potentially meeting both organizational requirements and employee needs. In writing this chapter I have been inspired by the OD practice of Dr Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge, with whom I have had the pleasure of working.
