ABSTRACT
Finally we will think about the constraints on collecting data. In fact there are very few constraints other than obtaining permission and paying a price, but there are legal considerations if you want to store the data and reuse it. In particular we will discuss the Data Protection Act 1998 and issues relating to copyright.
