The remainder of this session will take a more detailed look at the principal statutes and the specific forms of unfair discrimination which are outlawed by them.
5.1 The Sex Discrimination Acts of 1975 and 1986 The Act makes unfair discrimination unlawful in full-time and part-time employment and in training. Discrimination against married people because they are married is also dealt with.
