Contract terms and conditions

A t the time of execution of a construction agreement, the owner andcontractor are typically friendly but that atmosphere can go downhill in the course of a dispute, and unless satisfactory resolution is reached it may evaporate completely. This highlights the need for a comprehensive contract. This chapter discusses only selected contractual issues that in my experience demand special attention when it comes to signing a construction agreement and is not intended to provide a comprehensive list.
