Activity 7 Conducting a job analysis

Use this activity to carry out a job analysis on your own role or another role within your department.

1 Choose the job you are going to analyse.This can be your own job or someone else’s in the department. If you decide to analyse someone else’s job, make sure it is task-based. In other words, it is easy to see and understand what they do.
