ABSTRACT
The Oxford Dictionary defines conflict as: a fight, struggle (both literally and figuratively), a clashing of opposed principles. Each individual has a unique viewpoint, understanding and experience of life. This human nature creates diversity, which can lead to disagreements and conflict within the context of social relationships.
