ABSTRACT
Increasingly in today’s competitive markets there is a need for
managers to add value through the work that they do. In fact
this does not only apply to managers. The main idea is that the
only way people can justify their employment is by producing
something which is more valuable or desirable than the raw
materials they started with. Here are some examples:
