–Phase II: Community Implementation and Growth
Following the community project design and launch phase, we move to implementing and growing the community. The graphical representation of the process is supplemented with narrative to tell the story of how the Agent Network took shape. The process is a lot less definable, less controlled in this phase. It’s the time when the community takes responsibility for itself-setting its own directions that are supported by a facilitator, but not controlled by a project manager. The successes aren’t measured in terms of project plan milestones, but rather as endorsements from community members who are seeing value from their participation in the community and from corporate sponsors who see the community’s purpose being realized.
