ABSTRACT
The team leader is the person who should strive to achieve this desirable condition within the team, just as the conductor of a brass band or an orchestra ensures that the sounds produced by individual players combine to produce the desired effect. Team leaders’ lives are certainly much happier when an atmosphere of agreement and concord prevails.
