ABSTRACT
Until his appointment, Jack worked for 15 years as a holiday bookings assistant at another location within the company. Sarah Price, an experienced member of his new team, had expected to be appointed and is very resentful of Jack’s appointment. She feels that she has more local knowledge than Jack and gets on well with most of the team.
