ABSTRACT
It is impossible to over-estimate the importance of confidence in currencies, in governments and in the competence and honesty of business leaders.
Though businessmen grumble about all the red tape which they are tied up in, the majority of honest ones will accept that much of it is necessary and well intentioned, and scarcely impinges for most of the time on those who conduct their affairs honestly.
