ABSTRACT
Those amount to bias, which often emerges when we pre-judge an issue. It’s unconscious, for the most part, and is done in good faith, but all the same it’s unprofessional and it distorts results.
Bias often also comes in when numbers are analysed and used. We shall look at this in detail in Session C.
