Making It Happen
The most powerful thing we can do in life is acknowledge, name, and accept our fear. Until we have done that, we will always be victims-victims of some unknown and unacknowledged bogeyman. Rather than step up to our own power to influence our circumstances, we will always be looking for someone, something, or some circumstance to blame. When we acknowledge our fear, we have regained the driver's seat in our own lives. By the very act of naming it, we begin to know what we must change in our own thoughts, speech, and actions to disempower the fear.
