Employers who employ more than five people must provide:
• a safe place of work
• safe plant and equipment
• a safe system of working
• a safe working environment
• safe methods of handling, storing and transporting goods and materials
• a method of reporting accidents
• information, instruction, training and supervision of employees
• a Health and Safety policy.
