Training and Delivery

The delivery of training and development is rapidly changing in all types of organizations. The use of traditional classroom training is declining and is being replaced by a variety of methods designed to deliver more relevant training, including coaching, mentoring, structured on-the-job training, just-in-time training, individualized development plans, job aids, performance support tools, and peer training. In addition, a variety of technology-supported delivery techniques are now being used regularly.
