ABSTRACT

Orchestration is where the rubber meets the road in building a partnership. Brokers make money from the closing of a deal. If one of the parties goes fishing after the deal, as can happen in partnering involving acquisitions, that party may make money too. Usually stakeholders do not make money until the venture, whatever it is or however it is constituted, creates value. The outcomes for orchestration create revenues and make earnings possible. Orchestration is critical to success.
