Examples of Strategic Implementation Problems
How should an organization go about implementing 360" feedback? Answers to this question, of course, depend on the experience with and knowledge of such processes on the part of those individuals considering implementation. Regardless of experience, some common questions typically come to mind:
l. Who will the process involve? 2. Does the organization have the necessary personnel to administer
the process, or should the organization employ a consulting firm? 3. How much time will survey/feedback processes require on the part
of all individuals involved? 4. Can the organization use an off-the-shelf survey, or does it need to
allocate employee and/or consultant time to construct its own? What types of questions should the survey ask? Should it ask openended questions?
