Teamwork entails sharing knowledge, the work, the thoughts, the feelings, the excitement, the happiness, the pressure, the pleasure, the emotions, the doubts and the success with each other. This increases the learning ability of the organization. For this reason, almost everything in the scope of the Total Performance Scorecard approach is done as a team. In order to achieve effective cooperation it is necessary to consider all the elements of teamwork shown in Table 8.1. All these elements will be discussed in detail in this chapter.
