ABSTRACT
Your rating of your organization may not be entirely fair or accurate, but it does reflect your view as an employee. Would others give the same rating? If the total marks are 30 or less, then you cannot be too enthusiastic about the organizational culture. There may not be a great deal that you can do about it (although you do have some influence!), and you should bear this in mind when you are assessing the morale and performance of your team.
