ABSTRACT
Identify a hazard within your own work environment, that might lead to an accident. Describe what this hazard consists of. Then co-operate with your team to carry out a risk assessment, by estimating:
the likelihood or probability that an accident might occur as a result of the hazard;
how serious the outcome might be, if it did occur; how often the risk is present.
