ABSTRACT
The HDW F500 is still, some 5 years after its introduction, one of the most competent VTRs around. It will just about play out any tape recorded in any HDCAM format as a signal in any other HDCAM format. You might have to attend to some time-code issues if you are going from one extreme to another but the picture, in my experience, will get through unscathed and looking good.
