ABSTRACT
The goal of this chapter is to give you information that will help when you are using sampled instruments. This includes a range of items, from a basic MIDI explanation to a large set of musical definitions and explanations. While this chapter has a lot of information that is not directly related to the creation of sampled instruments, it is included here because it pertains to the use of sampled instruments.
